ASK THE DOCTORS
In the evening, from the rooftops, the Acropolis shimmers in the failing light. It was, to be sure, once a place of worship. But it also stands as a symbol of the glory that was Greece in the years when its democracy was founded — the ancients' great contribution to governance and an inspiration to our founders, whose 1787 Constitution was inspired by what the Athenians created in 508 B.C.
DEAR HARRIETTE: I have never had a significant other in my life, and I am starting to feel behind because it seems everyone around me is in a relationship. I know that everyone has their own journey, but as I grow older — I'm 19 now — I want to start having relationships to see what I want in a significant other. I don't want to be in my mid-to-late 20s when I begin dating, but it feels so difficult to put myself out there — especially when I don't like the options that surround me.
Catholic tradition offers occasional examples of holy men and women whose bodies, exhumed some years after death, remained completely or partially untouched by the natural process of decay.
